We can't be sure with the hardware still installed, but the 15-191 pivot shoe would be a good place to start. If the specifications match, you'd need the S160 coil springs. Take a look, and thanks for posting!

As we mentioned, this pivot shoe commonly uses the S160 coil springs, but you'll need to remove your original springs to confirm the 1/2" width matches and check the stamp codes, which correspond to the strength options needed for the new springs.
