Tilt window latch

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. This is honestly kind of a weird tilt latch, I've never seen this style before. It's similar to, say, our 26-242 and 26-243, but where these have a housing that contain a spring-loaded tooth inside, yours looks like one solid piece. I'm not sure how it functions. 

Could you tell me your exact dimensions? I'm afraid I can't tell what yours are based on just that ruler. You can use our 26-242 and 26-243 as a reference. Would you also happen to know who made your window.
