Tilt window latch

A handy person from Mass says:
March 26, 2019

I cannot remove the bottom piece inside window and do not know the window Brand.

Need to replace broken latches.

I gave a measurement of 2 3/8 by 5/8 and they seem to snap into window

Any help would be appreciated
