Tilt window latch

Question

Latch is 3 1/2" long by 1" wide.   The area between the holes (center), is 2 ".   I haven't been able to find a match, can you help?  My house was built in 1998, & builder is deceased, unable to find any information on the windows or sashes.   Thank you.

I'm not sure if we have an exact replacement for this tilt latch. See our 26-435, as well as maybe the 26-410 or 26-439. The latter two pairs are closer in appearance, but the 26-435 has the center-to-center hole spacing of 2" you cite. Go over all the dimensions we list on each product page to see if you think any of these pairs might work as replacements. Let me know what you find.
