Hello,
Unfortunately, this tilt latch has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no substitute has been found. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

You could try following the process shown in the video below to install new surface-mounted tilt latches with different hole spacing than your originals. You would need to make sure that you have space to make new installation holes and that the width of the latches that you choose will fit the sash frame. Take a look and see what you think.
