Thanks for writing in! Based on the dimensions you've confirmed and the design of your latch, I believe you could possibly use the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. To confirm that these are the correct replacement, you'll want to compare the dimensions shown on the diagrams below. 

If the dimensions are not a match, please let me know the written measurements from your existing latches. It is a bit difficult to read them from the photos of the measuring tape.
