The best we can supply is the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. Please review the overall style and dimensions below to see how they compare to your originals to confirm a good fit! Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions. 

If you have an undamaged tilt latch, it would be best to compare the style of the locking tab as well to confirm it will not interfere with the balances in the window channel.
