Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say we don't sell a latch with your exact specifications. The 26-193 and 26-194 are similar though. This measures 2-5/8" on the installation hole centers. Review the rest of the specifications and see what you think.

From hole center to hole center on mine seem to be 2 1/2, and total length is 3 3/8. Do you have anything that size? I can't find the page that shows measurements like you sent me.

Our selection of Surface Mounted Latches For Tilt Windows can be found here; we also have detailed dimensions on each part's store page. However, I'm afraid we don't sell a tilt latch with your exact specifications. The 26-215 and 26-475 measure 2-1/2" on the installation hole centers but these are very different and we can't promise they will work. I am very sorry that we can't offer a suitable replacement.
