Hello! I'd be happy to look into this for you. Can you tell me what the distance between the two screw holes is? Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges. Thanks!

That is an essential detail at this stage. If you don't have the part on hand, then you're also going to want the backset of the front hole, just in case there are multiple options.
