I have a couple Alcoa vinyl tilt windows i would like to try to repair the info i have came from 35.5 X 59.5 inch window #91018600.11, mfg 01/05/94 in sprinfield ohio, style 2V1H6L, All windows installed on new house in 1994. The window with the broken spiral balance is 23.5 x 72 i think. It measures 22.5 x 70.5 sheet rock opening inside house. Another window has a broken tilt window latch left side. That window also is very tight plastic frame to window, maybe house settling over the 24 years. But i may need to live with that. Just want to make sure i get the right parts, Thanks for your help

We have known customers who have Alcoa windows to have used both our 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches with no trouble. Take a look and let us know if you think these look like a match for you. For your window balance, our Series 600 spiral balance looks like a good substitute. Please provide us with the plastic tube length along with the color tip of your balance. We have also placed some media guides on this page to provide further insight on the parts mentioned.

Thanks for your reply. In this case, you can go with our S600-35 spiral balance with a black tip.
