Tilt window latch is inside window. This is the slide button to unlatch window to tilt it out.

Hello. See our selection of sash release levers here. Remove an undamaged one and compare the length of the prongs on the underside, as well as the distance between them, to our selection. Those are the pertinent dimensions. If nothing has matching prongs, you'll need to consider converting to surface mounted tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. See our video below.
