Tilt window latch replacement

Question

I have an older window not sure who produced it. The label says EX Dayton but I can't find this company.  This is a number I pulled from the left window 700ADVDHBSASH. I measured the tabs and they're approx 2 3/4" x 3/4"

Thanks for posting! Your window latches remind me of the 26-243 Tilt Window Latch and its opposite handed version, 26-244. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing latches.
