Tilt window latch replacement

A home owner from Alexandria, VA says:
I need help identifying the correct replacement part for one side of my certainteed tilt window. Attached are photos of the broken side, along with a photo of the other side that is not broken. The latch itself still works, it's just the top piece that has broken off.

You'll have to remove one of the old surface mount levers and compare the length of the prongs that interact with the internal tilt latch, as well as the distance between those prongs. See if any here match. If not, you may be better off attempting to convert to new surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. See the video below.
