Tilt window latch and weather strip

Question

We are looking to replace a few tilt window latches that measure 2 11/16" x 5/8" (see attached picture.  We also need weather stripping.  See attached picture.  Do you have any recommendations?  These are Simonton windows that are 22 years old.

Hello! Your tilt latch appears to be a match for our 26-243 and 26-244. Look these over and see what you think.

I'm less certain about the weatherstripping, but since this is a Simonton window then it may just be a match for our 58-183. Carefully review our dimensions to determine if this will fit in your window.
