Your photos resemble the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600 red tip spiral balances, depending on the diameter of the plastic housing tube. You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which color option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. 

If you need the pivot shoes the balances attach to, we'll need to see yours uninstalled, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness to compare to our inventory. 

We'll also need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your tilt latch. Thank you!
