The top of this latch has a similar appearance to the 26-244A Tilt Window Latch. To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare the specifications below. If they are not a match, I'll need to know your exact dimensions written/typed out.

The left handed version of this latch is the 26-243A.
