I just purchased some window balance parts from you, however I found out that I also need a replacement for the attached part, which attaches to the balance shoe I just purchased (P/N: 15-195B). I have a tilt window, and I suspect this part may be broken - I'm not sure, it is hard to tell. Could you please help me identify it so I can get a replacement?

Hi Julien,
Thanks for reaching out again! The piece you are searching for is the pivot bar and it appears to have snapped at one of the installation holes.
There are a few different pivot bars that would be compatible with the 15-195B shoe. I'm happy to provide you with a recommendation but I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged pivot bars to confirm the best one. It is important to see the placement of the installation holes.
