Tilt window parts

The bottom metal.pins, that go into the guides both broke. The other picture shows a broken window release. The release allows you to tilt the window.

Take a look and compare our 26-405 pivot bar dimensions to yours. As for the top tilt latch, we need the length, width and height. See our media guide on top tilt latches for more help. Thank you!

Hello,

I have email you return instructions for the incorrect tilt latch. According to the product description for our 26-442 tilt latch set, it comes in a pair, one left and one right handed tilt latch.

I ordered the wrong tilt latch - 26-393B (order #1084686). Can I return them? I believe I need the 26-442. Do the 26-442 come in pairs?? tough to tell by the description. My original dimensions of the broken tilt latch:
Rounded end / 2-10/16" length / 10/16' wide / 7/16' deep
