I'm so glad our video was able to be of help! This looks like either our Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or our Series 600 (5/8" diameter tube). As for the pivot shoe, can you remove it and write out the thickness and width? That will help us narrow down your options. I'm afraid we don't carry a replacement for your sash stop. I apologize for any inconvenience.
