These are unbroken parts removed from a functioning window, I have three windows with a broken latch.. and sevral windows that either needs a new balancer or the balancer needs some kind of oiling. I'm requesting help to identify and order the following parts:-new latch replacements
- new balancer replacements
- oil for stuck or slow balancer

Hello,
Unfortunately, this internal tilt latch has been discontinued, and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement.
As for the spiral balance, the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600 spiral balances would be a good place to start, depending on the diameter of the plastic housing tube. You'll also need to confirm that the end of the spiral matches yours. Thanks for posting!
