Tilt window parts needed

I have two windows with the hardware as shown. The first is a spiral counter balance...I have seen these in different sites. The other, the spring spiral i have not seen in my searches. Both have the same type of bottom connector...they have little metal dowel type appendages that stick out and they slip into a channel where they are braced. The spring is 3/8 of an inch wide, the white plastic casing is 1/2 inch wide. Any information you can provide greatly appreciated. I need 2 pair as there are two windows...both in poor shape, rusted and their plastic channels broken.

It looks like you have an older version of our Series 600 spiral balance. Please note our balance tubes are made of metal, but they should work just as well (if not better). For the charging tool, see our 75-006. This will be helpful during the installation.
You mention another balance, but I don't know that that might be. If you were to show us pictures, we will do our best to identify it.
