Thanks for writing in. I can't be entirely sure what you need without knowing your pivot shoe's dimensions exactly; it's a bit difficult to read off a ruler. It looks like it might be 3/8" thick, but I can't really say how wide. Start by looking over our 15-045, 15-134, or 15-212. Compare all the dimensions to your old shoe and see if one of these options matches best.
