Tilt window piviot shoe

These were some of the bad ones. There is a metal piece that normally goes on the top part that is broken and missing. I didn't look closely enough and ordered the incorrect shoes originally. These have an open cam roughly 3/16.2 1/16 long. The width is 15/16. and the depth is 9/16 for most of the shoe and almost 3/4 at the base with the cam and what looks like a guide light blue in color. It does look very similar to the 15-179. Any suggestions? Thanks.
