Is there another version of this pivot bar you have available that's less damaged? I'm not sure if we have a match, but we'll do our best to see what we have.

Also, I found that the pivot shoes that I had ordered (15-045) do not fit this pivot bar. The slot for the pivot bar is not wide enough

It appears that pivot shoe 15-212 would fit. See the image of my current one.

Could you confirm?

Our 26-361 pivot bar is not exact size of your original, but it will fit in the 15-045 pivot shoe. For the original pivots you have, you can use the 15-212 pivot shoe instead.
