I hope this email finds you well. My name is Christian and I am trying to identify a part which needs replacement in one of my windows. The piece is the pivot bar which attaches the window to the spiral balance in the window shaft. I also need the plastic piece which the pivot bar attaches to on the window(or sash) itself. I attached photos to this email to better illustrate the pieces I'm looking for. Let me know if you could identify any or all pieces of the pivot bar assembly which I am looking for.
