Tilt window pivot bar replacement parts

I have broken pivot bars for my tilt windows. I have been looking for replacement parts. Please see the attached pictures. Thank you.

Your suggestion of 26-377 appears to be having an angle in the middle. The one I have currently installed is flat end-end. I am not sure it is the same as what you have suggested.

Your pivot bar looks to have an offset like ours based on your photos. This is our closest match, but if yours differs, please show us photos of the pivot bar fully removed from the window sash.
