I'm having a hard time finding this replacement part for my single hung windows. Can you please assist?

Hello! We absolutely can. See our 26-375 Better Bilt pivot bar. I think you'll agree this is a pretty good match.

If you can't reuse your spring, then I recommend our 26-016.
