I'm looking for a replacement for this kind of shoe. It has the number 4 on it.

Hello,

We can't be sure with the coil balance still installed, but the 15-087 would be a good place to start, which is used with the S180 coil springs. We also offer the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing if needed. Take a look and compare the specifications to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
