This part stays in window sash on a tilt window
it is missing the metal prongs that hold the block tied to the string on a ribbed channel balance

Unfortunately, this pivot shoe is no longer available. We recommend going with the 15-134 pivot shoe. You will also need to replace the pivot bar on your sash with our 26-297. Look over both parts and get back to us if you should have any further questions.
