Tilt window pivot shoe replacement

Not quite sure which one to select, double hung upper and lower tilt, think they were replacement windows purchased from Lowes 15 years ago. Attached photo
Any idea?

At first glance, your pivot shoe looks like our 15-180. You will need to remove it from the window in order to compare your measurements with ours. The 15-180 can be used with the Series 190 coil spring, if you're looking to replace those as well. Have a look and let us know if this is the correct replacement.
