Please look at pictures and tell me what parts I can buy for repair
Unknown part is first pic on the left with Phillips screw I don't know what it is or does thanks in advance for any help you can provide

Looks like you're showing me different pieces from a coil balance assembly. We sell all of these parts separately, but you only need to replace what's broken and just reuse the rest. See our 15-192 shoe, 15-156 cover, 15-157 bushing, and Series 170 spring. The video below will explain how these all work together.
