Tilt window repair

Question

Height top to bottom frame 31 5/8 inches. I just ordered latches from you today, then noticed the rods to the "broken" window are also missing.

Thanks for posting. Sounds like you need new spiral balances. Can you confirm the diameter of the outer tube on the balance left remaining? If it's 5/8" or 9/16", I recommend our Series 600 spiral balance.

If you also need the pivot shoe, I recommend our 15-118. Just make sure the measurements all match up.
