The tilt lock has numbers 375, 15L, and pat pend 5.139.281
The lock blocks are less than 3/8 thick x 2 1/16 tall, with the pivot just under 1/2" I need help to get part numbers so I can order enough to rebuild eleven windows.

Thank you for contacting us. Please see our 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches as a possible replacement for you. Carefully compare your dimensions to ours for accuracy. We are leaning towards our 15-212 pivot shoe as a match to what you have, but we are not 100% certain. We would like to see the pivot bar you currently have in the window as well as provide the dimensions of it.
As for your balance, we suggest you reconfirm the diameter of the plastic tube of the 29" balance. It appears to look closer to 9/16" rather than 3/8."
