Tilt window replacement pivot lock shoe

A home owner from Virginia says:
I am in need of a replacement pivot shoe for the bottom sash of a double hung window. I believe that it is a Simonton Window and have included a picture of the sticker which can be found on the sash. The pivot shoe is for the right side of the window (when facing same) as is attached by a screw to the tension/balance spring. Do you have this part and will I also the upper piece which the tension/balance spring is attached to?

Hello! If all you need is a shoe then I recommend our 15-192. Your Simonton brand actually isn't made anymore but the 15-192 can be used as a replacement. Just note that the center metal cam may not be compatible with the old pivot bar. As such, you may need to reuse the cam from the old shoe. Just something to keep in mind.

A home owner from Virginia says:
Will do Tom. Thank you.
