We've ordered parts for you as we are fixing some windows in our house. There were a couple of blocks that I've given you Pictures. The closest seems to be your item number 90–180. What's your opinion please

Yes, the 90-180 Window Sash Lock does appear to be the closest match to what you have. Although, you'll need to be sure to double check the dimensions to be sure it is the right fit.
You may need to replace the keeper, as well. This lock is typically used with the 90-183 Sash Lock Keeper.
