Attached are the pictures of the parts from my Tilt Window Series 380DH H-R25 47X73 that are broken. The coil balance clip, shoe and another part are broken. If I get these parts will I also have to get the coil balance spring?
If you could please offer me any suggestions and/or solutions to this matter that would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks for posting. Please see our 15-180 pivot shoe and 15-186 clip. These appear to match what you have now. If your coil springs are in good condition, there's no reason to replace them, but if you want to anyway see our Series 190 spring.
