Tilt window shoe

You can see this is a busted tilt window shoe. My window has a spiral balance. I measured this 3/8" x 15/16". You can see that in this original shoe the metal teeth sit below plastic teeth. I don't see any identical models in your store. What will work?

Hello!

Is your pivot shoe 3/8" thick? If so, see our 15-045, 15-134 and 15-212. Look over the dimensions for each and see which one matches best.

I bought the 15-045. It fit in the window channel but the cam was too small. Are the red or black cams bigger?

Our 15-212 has a "standard" sized cam, which is 5/16" x 3/16". See if this may be a better match. You can also see our return policy here.
