Tilt window shoe

I'm trying to find this tilt window shoe. It's still in the track but the measurements I come up with are: 1/2" thick, 1 1/4" wide, 2 1/4 long, hole size for pivot bar is 5/16"

The spiral balance is 28" long that the shoe fits. I've include a picture of the shoe I need.
