I measured it as 2 and 1/8 th long , 1/2 inch thick, and 1and 1/4 inch wide
I think product code# 15-188 is the one I need just want to know if you agree

Thanks for posting! Your pivot shoe does remind me of the 15-188 Pivot Lock Shoe but it also has a similar design to our 15-178. The difference between these two shoes is the width and the size of the brake pad; the 15-178 has a .065 brake pad and the 15-188 has a .055 brake pad.
Be sure to double check the dimensions to confirm which of these is the right fit.
