Hi there,
I need tilt window Lock shoes a quantity of 10. It is 2 inches in length and the depth is 1"1/16. I can get back to you on the width.
I recently ordered 27" red Tip balances (20) but need to return 10 of them and replace with ten 25" inches balances. Can you help me with this?

Hi, any suggestions how to make it work for the top window that needs a shoe lock of what I sent you? If you don't have the shoe lock.
dimensions of shoe lock again:2 inches length
1.23 width
1"1/16 depth

I believe you might be able to use the 15-047 as a replacement. You'll also need the 15-038 spacer to give the shoe the 1-1/16" thickness. Review the specifications and see what you think.

Hi Paul, this looks good. Some screws got lost from the original pivot shoe locks. Should purchase 1/2" Truss Head 33-073?

No, the 33-073 is too long. However, we believe you can use a #8 x 3/8" SS Truss Head. We don't presently have that screw in our catalog but we are working on adding it. We'll let you know as soon as it is available.
