Tilt window shoe pivot

Question

I need to replace these shoe pivots for a tilt vinyl window. While I haven't been able to remove the shoes just yet I am going to cut a slot into the jamb to create way to get it out but thought I'd try to identify which replacement shoe I will need on your web site.
