Tilt window spiral balance replacement

Question

Hello, i have followed instructions on Swisco "How to identify a replacement spiral balance" video, and have determined that the tube minus the tip is 30" long, and the diameter is 5/8" (really 9/16"). The color of the rubber cap on the tip is blue (pictured). Please direct me to the correspending replacement. Thanks always, u guys rock
