Tilt window spring Part identification help

I think I need a 3/8? with 35? length replacement part but I am not sure if it is white tip or yellow tip. What do I need?

Hello,

As long as you are measuring only the tube length, not including the spiral, you'll need our S900-35 spiral balance. You will also need to weigh your sash to know which color tip option you'll need. There is a chart on our product page that will tell you which option to choose based on your sash weight.
