Tilt windows

Landlord from SHOWLOW, AZ 85901
There are no markings anywhere. It's a condominium complex. "The Pines" It was built in 1985 in SHOWLOW, AZ 85901.
Are you able to figure out what brand these windows are?
I would need the hardware for two windows left and right side. Tilt locks, tilt guides on bottom of tilt window, left, and right balancer. on the side of the window there is a plastic seal that slides in the window if possible I would like to replace that too. Can send more photos.Thank you Anthony Badalucco.

If possible, I would also like to know is there a tool to install these which I would purchase?
And installation instructions or online video you recommend?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see the end of the spiral that connects to the pivot shoe. We'll also need to know if your spiral balance housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter to narrow down your options. We do offer the 75-006 charging tool to install tilt window spiral balances.

We'll also need to see clear end profile photos of any seals you need uninstalled to compare to our inventory.

We would also need to see an intact pivot bar and pivot shoe fully removed from the window. Please write out the exact width and thickness of the pivot shoe as well.

As for the tilt latch, I can't be sure, but our closest option would be the 26-261. The determining factor would be how the specifications below compare to yours. Thank you!
