Hey, Dave. For a tilt window spiral balance with a 27" long and 3/8" diameter outer tube, I would recommend our S900-27. You may want to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the proper tip color choice. As for the pivot shoes, I do not know what to recommend. The Series 900 is compatible with many, many different kinds. It depends more on the window than the balance. If you can, please show me a picture of your pivot shoe out of the window. Please also tell me its exact width and thickness.
