Tilting mechanism on window broken

Quick Learner from Pittsburgh area
Hello! I have a Sears window from 2002. Potentially relevant information/ numbers from the window:
51164
1cwm
Fs il 93dhwi19.563x22.625
Under bar code 03219291050001 2N wH 0O

Anyway, I broke one of the tilt mechanisms on the side...I believe it's called a pivot shoe? Half of a white plastic semi circle fell when I broke it. I was able to get the window shut again but don't want to open until I have the replacement part. Any advice with that information above on what part I need?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the information on the window does not indicate the hardware that it uses. We would need to see an intact pivot shoe fully removed from the other side or from an identical window to compare to our inventory. We'll relate a few videos on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!
