Our 15-216 pivot shoe should work for you. Just confirm the measurements are the same between your part and ours. As for the balance attachment you show, our 15-044 appear to be a match. Would you happen to be looking to replace your ribbed balance as well? If so, send us some detailed photos of the balance including measurements and we will get back to you with more information.
