Time to fix my windows

A home owner from Arizona says:
Hi there,

I have some windows that were installed 16-years ago and they have started acting up. I want to replace everything associated with the channel balances. I think I've identified everything and have attached photos for everything except for the take-out clips but I will want to purchase them as well. The channel balance length is 29-inches.

Thanks for your help,
Lyle

Hello,

Take a look at our S395-29 channel balance with a 2830 spring strength option. As for your top sash guide, see our 18-177 and compare the dimensions to your part. Thank you!
