What I need is the the complete storm door latch. The door in question is from a "titan manufactured home" that was built in New York State.
The problem that I have is there is no identification on the storm door. I did measure the latch and it appears the "40-034 matches the one on the door. Have you had any experience with this home manufacture and if yes am I correct on this product. Also if it is the right replacement latch and I order it how long would it take to be shipped to me here in Ontario Canada?

Thanks for posting! I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with the brand name Titan, so I'm not sure if our 40-034 will work for you. If the style and dimensions match, though, then I think it would be a good place to start.
