Balance to help raise the window

If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal balance channel removed from the window, including both end fittings, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thanks for getting back to us but your balance is pretty damaged, making it hard to identify. It looks like the pulley attaches to the top of the window jamb but the other end has a riveted S-clip. Could you show us how that end of the balance is attached to the window sash? That would help us confirm if one of our replacements may be adapted to work the same way.
